A New Chapter
There was no other way to make her dreams a reality without starting over from scratch. It is why she relocated even though there were many opportunities waiting for her in Alabama. She first went on a soul-searching journey before she came back to change her life for the better. She moved to embark on a new chapter of her life. It all worked out for the best because she received a job offer that sounded exactly like what she was looking for. She moved to Denver, Colorado and began working as an integrated service manager for a commercial construction company known as GE Johnson.

Katie had high hopes for the future. This was her chance to make her life better, and she was willing to do what it takes. She paid for a 4-bedroom house, which she needed to tweak here and there. Katie decided to work on the renovations all by herself. She said, “The house I bought would require extensive work to transform into my vision and most of which I would have to do myself in order to afford it.”
