Future Riches
Not only did she have ridiculous demands about their outfits, but she also wanted her guests to spend at least $1,000 for their “regular” wedding clothes. Now, how did she justify asking such a thing from the guests? She tried to do this when she went on her rant.

Apparently, this expensive clothing was meant to “represent the riches” that the bride and groom hoped to have in the future. A lot of people like to incorporate some kind of symbolism into the wedding, although we do not think it is a good idea to ask everyone on the guest list to do this.
Unaware
In all honesty, this whole deal is basically an awareness problem. The most incredible part of this story is that the bride really wants her wedding to be perfect. She wants happiness and love, as everyone does, but she isn’t aware that the world doesn’t revolve around her.

Money does not grow on trees, after all. She definitely went overboard when she asked others to spend so much money on her wedding. On top of the $1,000 minimum, keep in mind that people already had to pay for their flights to and from Hawaii.
