It has been rumored that Union and NBA great Dwayne Wade began dating while Wade was still married to Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, who is the mother of his two children; however, Union has denied that this ever happened. Siohvaughn did not take it well when Wade filed for divorce, and she proceeded to court on behalf of her children to sue Union for the emotional suffering her children experienced as a result of the affair. Siohvaughn sued Union for the emotional injury her children received as a result of the affair. The predicament became more dire.
