A Complete Bathroom
A bathroom with a sink, combined tub, and toilet can be found inside Barry’s home. The bathroom ceiling doubles as a platform for a home entertainment system that can be seen from the bed. The loft sleeping area, or apartment, is accessed from the kitchen stairs and also has a small balcony for Barry and his family to enjoy some fresh air.

To ensure that he and his family could live comfortably in the small room, Barry used conventional timber framing construction methods and a multilayered design… In the grand scheme of things, what he accomplished for about 57 square feet per person isn’t bad! But what about keeping the house warm in the winter? Barry already took care of that!
