Mila couldn’t sleep because she was worried about the weird, aloof guy who lived next door and had scary, strange habits. As her heart raced and yearned for the reality, she dressed on the spur of the moment and muttered, “It’s now or never.” She had a feeling he was up to something sinister, and she needed to figure out what it was so she could report him.

She Broke In
Mila dashed across the road, attempting to unlock his garage door. It had been locked. She snuck around the side of the building, searching for some open windows. She finally spotted one and crept in on tiptoe. She needed to snoop quickly. She wasn’t sure whether trespassing laws applied to garages the same way they did to houses. She reasoned that it was most likely less. However, the garage was dimly lit, and she couldn’t see anything. She was startled by a noise.
