Brittany ended her viral post on Facebook with: “Please feel free to leave a review on their Facebook page, Fat Joe’s Bar and Grill.” They started to receive far too much hatred that their page on Facebook had to have been momentarily removed, but it’s up once more. Also not long after the situation made headlines, a handful of in-person protests prompted the diner to call the police. Particularly, after all, they announce that the incident has not greatly affected their everyday operations and that they will continue with almost the same moral approach. Yet there was one vital aspect they purposely missed out on which was overlooked by many people.

Brittney acted with enough professional integrity that she asked politely to move tables, which is not exactly a big request. The manager’s initial response (“suck it up”) shows the attitude against their staff member’s comfort, and what about being able to refuse service to customers seeking to impose views on someone who only wants to take their request? And what will they have to say to the owners, both Joe and Whitney Wallander?
